GOD CALLING YOU TO INTIMACY
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Ezekiel 36:26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
God wants you.

God has called your name.

God knows everything about you and has called your name.

Adam and Eve hid in the Garden of Eden after disobeying God. They tried very hard to cover themselves with leaves and to hide away from God. God came and called them by name. He never had to call their name before so many times. But He didn’t give up calling. He knew where they were and what they had done but He wanted them to choose to respond to Him. He wanted them to call His name. God never stopped calling them by their names.

God knows us, our thoughts, our words, our deeds. Yet, He never stops calling us.

God is calling you by name and wants very much for you to respond. He won’t make you respond, He wants you to choose to respond.

God’s word is living and active – God knew from the beginning when Adam and Eve sinned that their relationship would be changed forever. They had chosen to turn their backs on God and His one law, which they broke. But God wanted a relationship with them, and God had a plan.

This plan was perfect. His creative word was to be carried out, to become active, to become flesh. God killed a perfect animal and covered Adam and Eve with this animal and sent them out of the perfect garden. Later His perfect Son was born who lived a perfect life and died for our imperfect lives. We deserve death but God wants a relationship with us, to be intimate with us. God sent His Son Jesus.

Don’t hide from God. You can try to do things your way, and it may work for a little while but it won’t last. He knows you inside out and is calling for you to respond to Him. He wants you to receive all He has for you, all He has planned for you to receive, to do and to enjoy. He loves you.

God has called you by name. Acknowledge you have chosen to think, say and do wrong things. For not one of us is perfect. Accept Jesus died for you, was crucified, your blood for His blood, His body for your body. Repent. Leave your sin on the cross. Receive His complete, perfect forgiveness. Forgive others as He has forgiven you. Accept yourself as God accepts you, through His Son’s blood. Believe. Ask Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit. Live the life He has for you. By doing this God will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you.

Paul wrote in his letter to the Galatians Chapter 2 verse 20 how he saw his life and this will explain how your life is to be now:- ‘I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.’

JESUS IS THE WAY THE TRUTH THE LIFE no strings attached
He just wants your life you no longer live and what you get in return is
Life to the full forever, eternity, with Him
TIME TO BE INTIMATE
THE WORD IS TRUE DO YOU BELIEVE IT ENOUGH TO FOLLOW HIM

G E T I N T I M A T E with God
tell Him what you think, how you feel – what makes you laugh and cry
HE WANTS TO SPEND TIME WITH YOU – HIM AND YOU TOGETHER
He wants you to know His promises are for you
